I'm very experienced in using Drupal for aggregation and syndication. I have a few references for this type of work, however they are mostly news aggregation done with automation (using ie. feeds module. ) I have also helped on a larger site with editors creating content with Microsoft Word, and having to input this in a WYSIWYG editor. From experience, this is a troublesome task, and will require a set of test data for verifying functionality. From what I understand, what you're looking for is not an automated process, and your editors will copy the actual content from the blogger website into the wysiwyg editor, and the make adjustments. And what you need is to make this process as smooth as possible. This seems to mostly come down to picking the right wysiwyg editor, and possibly filtering content additionally when outputting. With a love to write contents (I have a large number of unfinished stories I've been writing), and a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to words, I can definitely guarantee articles to be of the highest available quality deliverable. With base HTML experience as well (including using it to manually create Active Desktop Backgrounds on Windows XP), I feel that I would be able to provide you with a cheap, efficient rate of work. At 7 hours a week, 1 hour a day participation, I may have minimal presence but can at least provide you with an extra pair of hands where applicable... I currently run another job at present, hence my minimal participation. I will admit, because honesty is a key component in everything I do, that I've never used Drupal personally.
