Animated Backgrounds for Visual Novel [Kickstarter] (Repost)

Only relevant links allowed in bid** Hello, everyone else! Attached below you'll find two images: Both are references to the character and background/environment style we're aiming for! We need someone who is willing to make a background image with minor animation. (Moving clouds in the background; rotating objects on loop, ect) You'll have to be both good at interior and exterior images and make any animated object loop perfectly so it doesn't interfere with player immersion. The budget for this particular project is set for one image as funds are tight, but if you're what we wanted, then upon completion you'll be picked up to do environments once the game is funded.
