I have written a children's book with fold out pages. I need someone who can layout pages in the proper format and place text to prepare for printing. Details: -Hardcover, symthe binding (4 sections of 9 x 16) and 4 sections of 9 x 32 (two folds)--see attachments -Cover has been designed, just need text on back cover and spine. -I have all text written, just need it placed on the appropriate pages
