CPA 1000+ e-mail/zip leads a week needed

We are looking to expand our business and generate more leads for our offers. We are looking for a long-term contractor able to fulfil the following:
1) 1000+ email/zip submits a week
2) 500+ dating submits a week
3) 200+ insurance/loan/credit rating leads a week (optional)
You will be paid $0.5 for each email/zip submit, $1 for a dating submit and $7 for each insurance/loan/credit rating lead - USA leads ONLY!
Only those who satisfy the test period will be hired for a longterm basis, and NO PAYMENT WILL BE GIVEN IN ADVANCE.
Test period lasts 2 weeks and includes:
1) 200+ email/zip submits a week
2) 100 dating submits a week
3) 50 insurance/loan/credit rating submits a week (optional)
After you have completed the test period and your leads prove to be genuine, you will be paid $1000 and we can continue to work on scaling up the operation to the required amount.
Traffic sources allowed: email, PPV, PPC (google, facebook), classified ads, SEO
NOT ALLOWED: incentive, IP blanking, false leads
If your leads prove to be faulty you WILL NOT be paid.
Please include your methods of promotion and any other relevant proof and evidence that you are up to the task.
