Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

I have a US website for Women's and Men's apparel and accessories. I need an experienced marketing expert with good communication skills to work with me to create, optimize and manage my adwords and other ppc campaigns. i will need this person to very familiar with clothing terms and brands that we offer to create relevant ads. this will start as a smaller campaign to manage a $25-50 per day budget and be profitable with sales. i have multiple stores to manage if you are successful with one. please apply with some example results that are related to my project. i also work on US time, so i would like someone to be available during my hours. please let me know how you will charge and what results i can expect. this can be an ongoing project.
