Assist me with Bulk Marketing

I have been doing bulk email marketing. However, although I use a third party to provide the server and IP addresses I still need help managing my mailing list, domains I'm using, changing of the campaigns I'm running, checking everything against the blacklist and making the necessary changes needed. In short, I need an expert in bulk email marketing. I like the company that I'm using to provide the server and IP addresses. However, I'm NOT getting ANY response from my clients. In the recent past I've always received between 1 and 3% open rate. Now I'm getting zero. Although, when I send test emails to myself I always get them in the inbox. Bottom line, I need somebody that knows all the ins and outs of running proper bulk emailing campaigns. If you don't have several years experience with getting bulk mail delivered to the inbox please don't respond to this posting. You absolutely must speak english and be available during normal East Coast Time Zone hours for full support. This will be an ongoing job and not just a one time thing. I'm looking for somebody to take over the bulk emailing portion of my business. That means staying on top of my emailing EVERYDAY.
