Bulk Email Needed

I am looking for a LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP with someone that has an email system I would prefer software that allows me to do it myself using your system. I want to be able to create my own emails, manage my own contacts, and track opens and clicks among other things. YOUR BID SHOULD BE THE COST PER MONTH for sending 250,000 emails a month. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: *I MUST be able to create and send out emails on my own *I MUST be able to manage my own contacts. *MUST be able to deliver these into inboxes, NOT SPAM Folders *MUST be able to UPDATE the Email List by deleting Bouncebacks *MUST be willing to sign non-disclosure agreement (NDA) saying that you will NOT sell the emails! Would like to be able to monitor the progress as well. IMPORTANT Your Bid Price Should be the cost of Sending 250,000 a MONTH at a MIN speed of 2000 emails an hour Also know that you will be required to fill out a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). I will expect this infomation to never be resold or used. AGAIN If you prove you can do this, this can turn into a long term relationship! I worked with my last guys for a year and half.
