AOL Feedback Loop

On a daiily M-F basis we send out a daily newsletter. We use Amazon Web Services to deliver those emails. Every day we receive complaints or bounced emails. We remove those emails. However, AOL redacts the email addresses so we can't remove them. We received the following email from AWS: Dear Amazon Simple Email Service Customer, Your account has been suspended in region US East (N. Virginia), effective immediately. You have now sent the number of emails we specified in your probation notice, and the problem that put your account into probation is still unresolved. If you wish to appeal this suspension, please respond to this email with details of how you will change your sending in order to avoid this problem. The issue(s) triggering your suspension at this time, updated to reflect current statistics, are: *Unacceptably High Bounce Rate: 3,388 of the last approximately 37,000 emails you sent resulted in a hard bounce. We carefully track each customer's bounce, complaint, and spam filter hit metrics in order to improve inbox delivery for all Amazon SES customers. Note that email bounces are not caused by reaching your sending limits. What needs to be done is setting up a AOL Feedback Loop, which I have done. However, I don't know the next steps or if I can receive the AOL Feedback loop because a possible Firewalls. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email but have to get it delivered to my email.
