We are looking for a virtual managerial assistant for a business consultancy based in London, UK, to help the busy manager on the following tasks:
- Monitoring the progress on different project
- Managing the website and updating its content
- Assigning tasks to other company members
- Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs and websites.
- Research using the Internet or other information databases
- Contact clients and submit applications and quotations
- Managing social media
- Writing Blog posts or articles
- Sales and order management
- Transcribing audio or video
- Managing Calendar, Booking travel
- Basic Bookkeeping / Accounting
- Creating invoices
- Other admin tasks / Personal Tasks
- Email management and Skype communication
- Other miscellaneous tasks that will be delegated by email or by phone.
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, project manager or sales representative preferred. You also need to have good English and be able to write well, as this is essential to the project.
