Brief Description: Crankin Solutions is a Fire Prevention and Suppression Company that specializes in Commercial Kitchen Exhaust "Hood" Cleaning, Service and Maintenance. We are in need of a creative, motivated and well disciplined telemarketer to research new leads in our target market and developed communication relationships in order to set appointments that allow our internal staff, to conduct a Fire and Compliance Hood Inspection on site which is necessary to provide a bid proposal for service. Typical Procedures Employed: Target Market: Any food establishment that utilizes a Commercial Kitchen Exhaust “Hood” to ventilate exhaust and grease from the cooking surface. Such would include (but not limited to): Restaurants, Retirement Homes, Food trucks (that prepare food on location), Hospitals, Schools and Universities. In short, any food establishment that prepares food that utilizes an Oven or Stove-top Scope: - Company will provide a CRM Database System (Zoho CRM) with thousands of leads (cold and warm). As the lead list is not all inclusive, the telemarketer will be asked to add to the database from their own resources. - Through market research, experience and targeted pipeline development, Telemarketer will call potential leads to introduce our services with the intent to gain authorization to allow one of our Technical Inspectors to conduct an on-site inspection of the Hood System and draft a proposal for service. - Pipeline development: research franchise owners, corporate chains and Facilities Managers and Directors. Recording/verifying and correcting any and all information during the process within the company’s Zoho-CRM. Requirements, Average and Standards: - Telemarketer is required to adhere to any 3rd party time and activity verification system in place (if applicable). - Telemarketer will utilize Zoho-CRM as the primary source of record and activity tracking. - Crankin Solutions considers the prescribed Zoho-CRM (account will be provided to the Telemarketer) to be the primary source of activity tracking and results reporting. As such, the Independent contractor understands, accepts and agrees that in the event there is conflicting information between Zoho CRM and any 3rd party tracking and auditing accountability system, the Zoho-CRM will prevail. - Telemarketer is expected to maintain the highest level of integrity and not utilize deceptive or misleading practices in order to achieve the goal. - Telemarketer is expected to comply with all U.S. laws relevant to telemarketing practice. - Telemarketer agrees to limit calls to times that would not complicate the restaurant’s lunch and dinner preparation. This would not apply to executive or corporate contacts as they typically are not involved with such activities. - Telemarketer understands that calls and efforts made outside of normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) are not productive and as such, not authorized or supported. - Telemarketer agrees to limit call efforts to times one can reasonably assume productivity. For example, calling a stake house at 8:00 AM is seldom a productive use of time and should be avoided. Industry Standards and Productivity: We respect that each telemarketer may have his/her own approaches and strategy from well earned experience. As a company, we allow such freedom to foster creativity and promote results. We will provide scripts and desktop procedure guidelines (such as “call-mail-call”) to the Telemarketer as reference and suggestions to set tone and approached. Crankin will also provide in separate correspondence, the average call and success rates we have experienced in the past 5-years as not only a guide, but how our company will measure success or failure of the Telemarketer. (No amendments unless specifically stated as such)

We are a team of outbound professionnals. We have experience in both B2B and B2C sales and customer service. We have taken different mandates on surveys. We are using dialers and VOIP customized services. Best of all, we are located in Canada and offer nothing less then Canadian standards and North American Standards. We have taken mandates for financial institutions and healthcare companies here in Canada. We already work with Zoho as a CRM so we will be optimizing time and ressources.
