Assist me with Bulk Marketing - 1.2 million emails

I have an upcoming online dating website and purchased 1.2 million email addresses which I am looking to send an email to in order to inform them of the website and invite them to join. As I am incapable of sending more than 2,000 - I am capped by my domain - I wish to outsource and see if a Freelancer is capable of first formatting my invite to include the ability to unsubscribe (so as not to be spam) but also to send out roughly 1.2 million email addresses for me.
Please only offer your services if you are up to this task. A bonus would be those who can extract email addresses from an SQL file which contains the email addresses among other pieces of information.
