Create a Google Adwords Campaign for my website

I have a website [login to view URL] this website helps users to get installs for there android app world wide. The website only offers app installation service for apps that are free and are available world wide. i want to setup a google adwords campaign where my website can reach to maximum people and i get maximum returns by having people placed orders on my website to get there app installed. my PPC cost per day should be managed in such a way that i get more orders from the website than my daily campaign limit.
