A previous development company had run into unforeseen problems, and were unable to finish this project.
Generally, I am looking to put together a web-based application with screen capture capabilities, as well as live broadcast capabilities (for live tutoring purposes). Full overview development plans are available for your use.

The previous development company has a first-mock version of the completed product. However, not all of the source code is available (again, due to unforeseen problems). Currently, only the whiteboard application source code is available. Your job will be to finish this product to its fullest, and possibly be available to support for it in the future under new work contracts.
The following is already developed/ready:
- designs (everything)
- overview development plan
- technical development plans
- working application
- limited source code
- etc
