Android - MS Windows APP data synchronisation

Thanks for giving the proposal for making the app like this and please find below where we describe how we can try to solve the synchronization of “C# MS Windows application SQLite database” and “Android SQLite simple database”. After following your requirement we understand that you have a Desktop Application on .net and SQLite database and Android app which stores events in Android SQLite simple database. So you want to sync database data's with-out using internet from Andorid's SQLite to PC SQLite database and vice versa via USB cable. We can use ADB to push and pull data (and therefore the database files) to and from the device. There's no direct API for that we can access ADB directly from VB.NET as an API or SDK. We will push a file to a connected device via ADB. We have to send deviceId Device serial number,from Path of source file (on PC),to Path of file destination (on device) those will establish the connection. Query: We could not understand the copy/paste? What we can copy/paste into the app? Is it whole database? Please explain.
