Data Filtering Tool

Winning bid will get more projects worth more and more money. Please read before bidding… This is a simple project. It can be done in a short amount of time even by a begging programmer. I will provide all needed information so the winning bidder does not have to do much thinking…just programming. The budget for this small project is $30. Bids higher than this will not be considered. I need a desktop software that will allow me to import an excel file choose some filtering options and build and export the results. The reason I need this is because Microsoft excel does not have the filtering options I need. The Project is simple – This is easy money for an able programmer.
