Desktop software for windows OS & Mac OS

I need a software to extract the ink levels of printers attached to [login to view URL] software should get the ink level of printer and uploads it to the online [login to view URL] where data can be accessed by other website or web-services of mobile apps. for development you can use cross-platform development kit but the software should run efficiently for both WINDOWS OS & MAC OS. Alternatively if it's not possible for you to tell exact ink level then software can tell how many more pages printer can print with existing ink OR ink level is low and sends the signal in online database, at first we need generic solution that works for all printers attached to the pc but in case if that's not possible for you you can choose top 5 brands of printers and do software for it.
