Auto Download/upload Script

hello I want a script using java (I have experience with php but it have errors thats why I choose java to be used) Overview: when utorrent finishes a download it will rar/split the file (not compress) then upload to hotfile, depositfiles and post to wordpress blog. - rar size: 1GB or 1000MB per file - name of the site will be present in filenames ex: [login to view URL] - a text document inside the file before executing rar ex: [login to view URL] - I will be the one to put my details for the filehosting site, name of the site etc the project should be finish within 1 week - if less than a week bonus will be given budget of the project 100 to 150 dollars for trial access to server will be given once its ready for trial details of the server: ubuntu 9.10 (for reference) next project (hopefully on the same programmer): website crawler same code is needed upload to filehosting site.
