I wish to test an algorithm that exists in a reasearch paper. I wish the coder to go through the paper, and design the algorithm
The coder/ freelancer has to code the algorithm in Java. I am also attaching an input set, in the xml format. The coder has to make sure that the program takes that input, and provides the number of accepted requests and rejected requests
