Hi there! Despite that I'm new to freelancer I'm experienced programmer in C#, java, asp.net and databases like mssql, mysql and db2. Because this project is for your dissertation I believe your code must be written perfectly & also tested with unit tests - what most of coders don't do! So first I'd like to ask you if images have pre-set values, that means the program will automatically know if there is a weapon or not? Or there will have to be data mining from picture to achieve these values? This information is very important so if you may please contact me so we can discuss more. Later what's your deadline for it? I could do it in 7 days - but it depends what are your other details. I may do it even quicker! I could also create you several charts for data analyses if you'd need to. I'm very flexible, helpful and could help you even in advance! If I write this program, here is what I'll do: I'll store each image in its own panel with buttons such as "Weapon", "Non-weapon". As soon as a panel opens, a timer will start, and as soon as the user makes a selection, the timer will stop, the time will be recorded, and the next panel will open. I will make an addPanel(Image) method so that you can easily add more images as needed and they will automatically be incorporated into the next run. Each panel can have variables to keep track of the user's choices, time, etc. At the end, I can write this data to a file or just store it in the program for future use. Because I'm a brand new freelancer, I'm quite willing to negotiate on price. If you'd like, we could set a small milestone and argree upon a piece of the project for me to complete before proceeding.
