I believe I understand the project specifications. Essentially, Its a hangout app; people could be grouped together for hangouts/meet-ups. A messaging protocol would need to be in place similar to Facebook's friend setting( open to messages by anyone or need to be accepted as a friend ). The way potential friends would be grouped would be through a simple sorting algorithm based on hobbies, interests, and distance from each other. I've worked with java extensively and I believe I'm very competent. I believe I am the best candidate for the job because of my expediency and work ethic. I extremely interested in talking more about the project specs because this seems to be a very promising app. Thank you for your time and I hope you consider me for this contract.
