Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) supports and provides the implementation out of box, but you should know the implication of various concepts involved as well as the legal consequences, which is more important. So we can talk more, if the deal is done. Please be aware that if you are creating an application (using JCE) that may be exported to countries whose governments mandate cryptographic restrictions, you must understand the consequences.
