css fix needed

Go to the following address and login. [login to view URL] u: admin, p: admin1 The green edit bar at the top uses style sheet [login to view URL] and displays above site as a z-index 1 div tag. Any object based content in the site covers the menu. Scroll down and you'll see the banner cover the editor. Need a css or javascript fix I can place in the style sheet, header or linked javscript sheet. We apply fix directly to objects html but maybe a piece of javascript that tells the green editor bar to stay on top or the banner object to stay underneath. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
