Convert Flash Website to Html5 + Css3 Website keeping same functionality

We need the whole website to be converted into a Html5 + Css3 + Javascript website whilst continuing to have all the function of our flash website in every aspect and to have a a great CMS system. This includes the floating menus, The screen size manipulation to fit the size of screen your using, The fullscreen functions, the music, the way in which the press pages and lookbook pages scroll around. We want to be able to use the website on iPhone and iPad. Our news page (wordpress) is to be renamed Journal and to be revamped to look like this: [login to view URL] and have the same function.
