Create New Website Header/Banner

my site brienprivatefinance(dot)com currently has a header of a guy standing there with something in the background. I need someone to look at the services that we offer check out banners of other financial consulting firms, and then design a banner for my website. If you could design three or four so that we could pick one that would be even better. in your pm let me know if you are willing to do that. also send me examples of headers that you have designed in the past. Also, if there are words, we would like you to set it up so that we can change the words without changing the whole picture. (i.e. send us the whole file with the words on a different layer) (we have adobe master collection cs3)
