Currently we have an age gate on our website frazierswine .co.uk. Its is required for the advertising policies of Google with wines and spirits. However it is too simple (broad) and not effective enough on new mobile devices.
The New requirement
When the source of the click is either from Google adds or Google Shopping (Merchant Centre). And maybe other sources as and when required.
A simple age gate that requires a yes or no answer via a large button for touch screen devices that will work for each and every page.

Details our website is hosted on bigcommerce. There is no php access and must be demonstrated to work on a test account before uploading.
