Contact Form w/ Honey Pot like features

I have a contact form on my web site (form layout is done).
I need three things done.
1) First I'd like to add a hidden field so that I can check if a spambot filled out the form.
2) I have (code complete and tested) a javascript based device fingerprint set of functions (things like polling screen resolution, user-agent, etc) that I would like submitted with the data on the form
3) I need the form to create an email and send all the data to me.
The form is html currently, I wouldn't be against HTML
That last peice is that I wouldn't be against using PHP if I had to.
To be clear... the device print info does not need to be coded. It is complete, you simply need to call the function and it will return the data points which then need to be in the email.
