Build an Online Store

We have an actual store that runs on magento 1.9

Everything is setup except one thing.

We want to add a possibility to the customer to create their own design of object.

This module/script , that needs to be made should be like the follwoing ;

- responsive design

- 5 step to create own design

- ability to save design in customer profile

- ability to upload pictures
