For the [url removed, login to view] apply following 3 changes
1)remove image elements from widgets from the title and footer, that make them rounded. insted create simple white background squared title and footer, but NO IMAGES
2)when widgets are dragged, the content is centered, when dropped it comes back to normal adjustment. remove this behaviour.
3) when stretching browser window, widgets should keep their length and should not go down
Remember that all changes should be OK with firefox, ie7, ie6
