Looking for a very quick job.
We have a PDF that our clients normally need to print and then fill out and then either scan and email back to us or fax in. The issue is not everyone has a printer.
We want our form to be interactive where people can type in the information and then saves as and simply email it back to us.
Will need to continue to be a PDF version. I have 2 forms that need to be modified.
Please email me the format you will use, the format must be wiely accpetable for all clients.
