AWS instance automatic backup solution

Hi, My name is Mike Syroezhko, i'm a devops engineer specializing on AWS solutions. If your instance is EBS backed, then the best (and recommended by AWS itself) way would be to use EBS snapshots. I can automate this process so that you would have the backups for last X days (usually X varies from 10 to 30, depending on customer's needs). I can start working on this project right away, the work will take a few hours, so the backups automation will be fully functioning today. I do not require any upfront payments, the full payment will need to be done after you get satisfied with my work. -- Mike

Hello, I have deployed many of mine projects with AWS and have a good hang of it. Can you please elaborate more on what exactly is needed? AWS provides services for auto backup which is a paid service. I also have a free solution for backups. How would you like it to be? Please reply for further discussion. Hello, I can be a good fit for this project since I've been working with AWS for 2 years by now. Your project can be implemented in pretty wide time and money budget range depending on the following aspects which are not described in the posing: * do you want to backup an EC2 instance or RDS instance? (I assume it's EC2 backup to EBS, right?) * how many instances are going to be backed up? * is backup time-based or event-based? what is the backup periodicity? * would you like to use AWS Data Pipeline for scheduling the backup? * do you run Windows or Ubuntu AMI based instances? * how would you like this solution to be deployed (N/A for AWS Data Pipeline one)?
