Build a browser based game similar to Agar.io game

Hello, i'm looking for a experienced developer in games for making a 2D real time multiplayer game similar to [login to view URL] for browser. Basically the game don't have the same logic but the concept of eat to grow will be present. The game could be played via every browser like chrome, firefox, opera etc The game must be written in javascript / Node.js and not using Unity. The multiplayer will be supported with socket.io. The homepage will be similar to the one of [login to view URL], just need to enter the username to play, no sign up or log in. This include making the game, all the designs and implement the game on the server. The game is very easy to play by using the mouse only, the design is very simple, i have all the designs models and the assets of the games. (2-3 models only) There is simply a homepage and the game. There is only one map and one character. If the project is well done i will go with the developer for the mobile version later and a lot of others games like this one. The game must be written in the same [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] languages.
