CRM Set Up, Customization, Vicidial Interface (OS)

Need a CRM Expert who has set up MANY OS CRM Systems for small start up businesses with a tight budget but needs a solid system that can grow with them. He can not afford monthly user fees. Want a full featured OS sales force automation system that you can easily set-up, customize, and interface with vicidial for our clients use quickly. This system will need to be up and running with our design logo and colors; set up 5 levels of hierarchy; add some customized fields and functions; create 4 simple customized reports; must have a well designed history and tracking system; ability to easily upload at least 20,000 leads at a time; requires a lead/telephone interface for one click inbound and outbound calling. (Vicidial or similar); a customized email interface system and a very clean and simple easy to use dashboard. Only bid this job if you can clone and convert an existing system to meet an incredibly close deadline. We have 3-4 weeks to have this customized and fully functional so please do not bid if you do not have lots of experience and a system that can easily be set up within that time frame. (This deadline is not flexible.) Must be able to start this work within 1 week and complete and test all functions within 4 weeks maximum. You must provide at least user login access to systems you have access to right now so we can see and test your work. We will set 2 milestones equal to half the bid. 1. First funds released after hierarchy, email, fields set-up and design are approved and system is on our server. (We have a dedicated server) 2. Final funds will be released when all functions/reports are tested/working, and phone interface is fully functional. Must be within 4 weeks.
