Cordova/Phonegap -simple fix -- 4

i have some ionic/ cordova apps so i want 2 scripts that will show popup on my apps. so u need to make [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] so i can add to my apps. so script 1 [login to view URL] will check if [login to view URL] or .json in the web has a message and if yes then show a popup when u open app so u will see there message and a button which will open link in a browser. (it gets message and link from web). User will have close (X) option . so this popup will show just one time Script 2- [login to view URL] will be same as [login to view URL] but when it show popup then app is blocked so u cant remove that message and u can just go to link provided in popup./ (will show always when app is opened and no close option) For what i will use: I will use [login to view URL] to tell to users that there is new app. and will use [login to view URL] when i want users to use another app anymore and not the app that they are using .
