Please check the following and let me know: According to me when user will create the form there will some requirement to build the form: - It is important that sometime user will have a need to pre-polate data in Dropdown from database table. So, there should be an option to select the data source for dropdown, is it not? - May Admin will ask an option, when they will use file uploader they will mentioned it would save in which folders of server. I am not sure it will create a new folder all time or not. Or may you are planning to save it in database in byte format. - On Form Submission there should be few required option. Ex: Admin can redirect to another page after form submission, Admin can fire an sql query to save data in database, Admin can Post data to any API end point or service, Admin can setup an email for the same. So you can understand there are so many confusion on form submission. I am not sure what is your final requirement for form submission. So please let me clear what your Admin will expect as a Form Submission. Now, do you want to generate database table as soon as new form would be created? Or there will be pre defined table and pre defined control which only Admin can use, please clarify. I have few doubts which need to clear so that we can start work together.
