Create app/script to read .csv file of lat/long and convert and export corresponding country.

Hello! I can write command line node.js app (or simple web UI) for solving this task. It's possible to read the csv file using stream reader then process it data and output. What format of output you need, extend csv with country name another file with list of countries or anything else?

Based on your selection of javascript as a category, and the github project you referenced, it looks like you're expecting a nodeJS app, is that correct? The other option would be an HTML page that you open locally, which could use the HTML5 FileReader API to read the data and generate the results for you in a browser. Either method is fine for me. If you already have nodeJS up and running, that's probably a little easier from my point of view. 2. Can you tell me about the structure of your CSV? I'm guessing it just contains lat/lon pairs, and you'd like an additional column added for country. Neither of the above affect my bid, but I'll need to know them before I can get started.
