I need a multi-platform desktop app built using [login to view URL] The app is of a simple time tracker for tasks, with a very simple UI showing a list of tasks and a start/pause button. The timing data will be sent to the server along with the name of the task. You will also write the server app which will receive the timing reports, save them to a mongodb database, and allow an admin to view simple reports. I will share with you the exact spec before accepting your proposal, and I'll also be happy to adjust the specs based on your advice. But you can place a tentative based on the assumption that the spec will be very reasonable. The code should in general be of high quality, be reasonably covered by unit tests, and undergo professional QA on your side before submitting it to me. Please mention at the top of your proposal what experience do you have with node.js and Electron.

Hello, I am experienced nodejs developer and i can make your electron task time. As stated, tasks that are finished will be saved on database, and administrator will have a report on every task for every user. I did not use electron, but it is web app based on desktop browser, so rules are similar like programming a regular website. I have a lot of node.js experience, and some hands on with Electron, I've used nodewebkit more but have been migrating some projects. I've worked extensively with mongo and designing rest api services. this project sounds straight forward, timeframe may vary depending on if you want a custom design included, if you judge need a working prototype without a custom design and expect to do that later deliver should be faster and the estimate can be adjusted.
