A simple plugin for different browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari

We need a simple plugin for our solution in different browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.

The plugin supposed to be locked by a password and when its open it needs to encrypt and post a message over https to our back-end .
