Customize rockettheme template to look like Adobe Illustrator file

The site created to roughly represent the illustrator file that was accepted by the company as the design. The content is in and for the most part everything is ready. What we need is the menu to be stylized like file as well as the text area. It is using the radiance template from rockettheme, I'd like to still use that just change a few of the elements and we can use the rok nav menu or we can use something like swfree menu to make a new menu that looks like the one in the file.
