Integration with Joomla.
Admin Back-end,from control panel:
Select Super users that allows to create the checklist template.
Admin Back-end, not from control panel, login through website.
Create a new form identical to a survey form that able to add linkert scale, textbox, checkbox, radio button, etc...
Able to do the anaylsis report by capturing all the comments and the numbers of reponse to the questions, able to export into csv format.
Able to assign the created form to which group (registered, teachers, classes, parents) or certain users. I will use the ACL to create groups of users
Users Back-end:
Let say the form has created and was assigned to certain teachers, these teachers will start doing the checklist. Once finish filling the data, teachers will assign to which groups or users to view the report. User can be one or more.
The users only allowed to view the report(no editing) but will have option to place the comments and saved the report.
The assigned teachers will get notify when the users have viewed the report. The teachers able to view the report and see the comments parents have feedback.
