Hello. We are converting a v Bulletin website to Joomla and Kunena. I need someone to create a form in RS Forms Pro that works exactly like the form shown on the live website. Note: There is a checkbox that is a conditional field. I purchased RSForms because this component has conditional fields functionality. [url removed, login to view]
Note: The component is already installed. Forms submissions should automatically save to the database and e-mail to membership.
