I am writing to apply for the position of a Virtual assistant. In my current role, I serve as a property manager conducting and managing development in the northern region. My duties include, but are not limited to, communicate with owners and investors, work with tenants on developing and enforcing rental agreements in accordance with RTA, collect rents, deposits. Professionally resolve tenant complaints, facilitate property maintenance issues. Prior to this, I worked as a customer service officer at Australia post in Sydney, I have had extensive experience in providing administrative support to senior academics and clinicians, including managing the organization of courses and meetings, answering telephone and email inquiries, administering databases, collecting and analyzing research information and producing statistical reports. I also have previous administrative experience in a medical setting, performing reception duties. One of my strengths is my ability to multi-task and carry out the diverse range of responsibilities attributed to administrative staff in a timely and effective manner. This can range from processing financial information to adhering and enforcing OH & S policies and procedures, and I have demonstrated that I am keen to take initiative and work collaboratively with other staff to make office processes as efficient as possible. Instead to hire someone you don't know, you may easly hire a company with 3 female staff to support on your project, until 8h per day/ from monday to friday. Our staff is composed by 3 staff members, with high qualifications in business management, accountability and secretary support services, and one of our members is russian native speaker. The tasks you ask to do are daily done by our staff for different costumers, like data entry, email response, costumer care, chat, web research, answering calls, etc, and we work for local and international companies like Generali Group, Rajão e Athayde- translators, etc. You have always 3 persons engaged to work for you, for a lower price than 1 virtual secretary. Hi, I'm Laya Diokno from the Philippines. I have a degree in anthropology from the University of the Philippines. I'm soon-to-be law student and at the moment I am looking for work. I'm not picky and I can do whatever task you give to me. I can write and edit - articles, reports, essays, etc. Create organizational calendars, and scheduling. I use Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. I can do simple typing jobs and edit presentations on powerpoint if you need that done. I can transcribe any video or audio recordings in English to Word. I can also put data into excel - create databases and budgets. In the Philippines, I run a non-profit organization that does mostly events like concerts and various other productions.
