I am in my last year of law school in Sacramento, California. Admittedly, California does not fall under the jurisdiction of the 5th Circuit, but at the same time all bankruptcy law is federal law. I would like to make it clear--as required by rules of conduct/ethics under both California Bar Association and American Bar Association--that my work should not be construed as legal advice in any way whatsoever, and that I will merely be providing you my legal research services. Furthermore, given the unique nature and complexity of U.S. bankruptcy law, I would recommend that you only hire attorneys, paralegals, law students, or other legal professionals who are located in the U.S. Bankruptcy research cannot be completed by freelancer members from foreign countries, regardless of how talented those members may be. Personally, I have access to all of the essential research tools as a law student. I am confident that I can complete the required research, but hiring an actual attorney who practices within 5th Circuit's jurisdiction would be highly advisable. Finally, I request a minimum hourly fee of $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) because I am already employed as a law clerk near Sacramento, CA, where I make $20/hour.
