Apache Traffic Server / Load Balancing to Sell Proxies / Proxy Chaining

Selling Rev Proxies ([login to view URL]). Rev Proxies is an open public residential proxy provider. They have a large pool of thousands and thousands of U.S proxies which they randomly assign through the proxy they provide their user. In this case my proxy from them is "[login to view URL]"... Everyone has the same proxy but it randomly grabs a proxy for me to use from their pool. Completely random proxy that rotates every 5 minutes. If I was to use that proxy on internet explorer and google chrome at the same time, it gives me two different IPs.... Which means every connection I make with it, it gives me a unique random residential IP. PROBLEMS: -Rev Proxies charges you ONLY for bandwidth. So it's pay-as-you-go. -Rev Proxies does not allow me to add a username and password to the proxy they assign me. -Rev Proxies requires me to authenticate someone's IP everytime I want to sell to someone. Client must give me their IP so they can use it... SOLUTION: -Using Rev Proxies Server and masking the proxies through my own Apache Traffic Server. -Web caching web pages to minimize bandwidth usage. -Removing IP auth and changing it to user/pass auth. I am not an experienced linux developer and have little knowledge of how everything works.... But I have done extensive research on this and have come to the conclusion that an Apache Traffic Server is needed along with load balancing.
