Configure Nameserver Settings on New Dedicated Server to Enable Hosted Domains found Directly on browser

To enable new domains be accessed by their domain name directly on the browser instead of through a temporary url. Thus we need to configure the dedicated server further.
We have a dedicated server with shell access and WHM dedicated, but we need to configure name server settings 1 , 2 and possibly 3, so that new domains hosted on the server can be referenced to successfully by Domain registrar like Godaddy, instead of through a temporary url that capitalizes on the server ip address.
This is necessary to enable new domains found on browser when you type in domain name directly, instead of accessing it through a temporary url.
Next, we need to reinstate 2 backup tar gz files through the WHM dedicated, so we will provide the backup tar gz files and the server admin shall restore it 100% on the server through the "automatic method" (not manual method).
After that, we need help in accessing the server's shell or ssh or Command Line interface via Putty software installed on a Windows PC. So, the server admin should assist us with that and be conversant with Putty or any other free software for gaining shell access or ssh access to server.
