Configure OpenVPN Access Server for multiple IP's

I have an OpenVZ Linux VPS with OpenVPN Access server installed on Debain 5 64bit. Currently I'm havng issues connecting through ports 1194 UDP and 443 TCP, specfcally this error: Unable to obtain Session ID from [login to view URL]: XML-RPC: ConnectionRefusedError: 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.. But I can connect to [login to view URL] - However when I do connect webpages time out. Also I have 10 IP's with this VPS and I'd like to be able to use OpenVPN wth each one without changing the main server IP. So it's as simple as disconnecting then reconnecting to a different IP.
