I need to convert the following WMI command from it's Unix syntax to the Windows equivalent:
wmic -U <Active Directory User>%<Active Directory Password> //<IP address of Active Directory domain controller> "select name from Win32_OperatingSystem”
Hi there! I have read what you exactly need, however I would like to ask you a few questions. I wouldn't call myself a master but I do work smart and do not rest until I get the job done. Please feel free to ping me anytime so we can have a detailed discussion. If I can deliver I will deliver in best possible way.
Which name do you want.
For example, on this PC WBEMtest
has the value: \\BEEHIVE-B\ROOT\cimv2:Win32_UserProfile
on the property: PATH (of class CIM_STRING)
on the singleton object of class: Win32_UserProfile
do you need a C++ program or PowerShell script to return this value (or the substring BEEHIVE-B)
