Change the color of my image

I have 6 simple images that I like them to be changed to the thema of another image which I called "[url removed, login to view]".
6 pages are called ([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]) And I like them to get darker and get like dark blue like "[url removed, login to view]".
6 images plus my target image ("[url removed, login to view]") are in the zip file. Basicall my 6 images are used in the web site and by changing their color to "[url removed, login to view]" the thema of my site gets kind of dark blue. This should not be hard for somebody who has photo shop or other relevent tool.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Hello, There were a lot of response on this work and I can accept only one which I am going to choose after sending this message. I also have a web site that I like to add some more relevant image and graphic into it. The site is http://www.aasoftech.com. Nothing to dramatically change the site but some small image with the same size that I have now to make the site more colorfull. If you have some images that you think is proper to my site let me know. You can put water mark on it and send it me and I will buy from you. Thanks agaian.
