Banner Designs Needed – Very Urgent

I need to create a website for the express purpose of exchanging banners and links. I need some banners and buttons. The main site that will be promoted is [login to view URL] The site to be promoted will not carry any banners, only my site which is in development and those with whom I exchange. The idea is to change the Banners every two to three weeks. Banner sizes needed, begin with 468x60 125x125 and a button in 140x30. The colors and "glossiness" of [login to view URL] must be the same. The 468 Banner should have a similar animation as seen on [login to view URL] (the ad for Top-Angebote). I would like the banners in two formats, PNG and jpg or gif if they are animated... Please give me quotes for the following: 3 banners with slightly different design but similar texts in 468x60 with and without animation; 1 banner 125x125; 1 button 140x30. With satisfactory results and prices, there will be other banners to follow. Further information as to text etc. will follow upon successful bid.
