Corporate logo

We need a logo designed for one of our clients. They have a corporate style, so I'd like to see samples of work you have done of logos with a professional, simple style. This will be for both print and web, so it should look good on both. We will want 3 mockups to start and will likely need a few rounds of revisions. Please make sure that your bid includes up to 5 rounds of revisions, in case the client is picky. You may only use clipart or other third-party images in your design if you let us know where you found the image and you get our approval. Please let us know where you found the image if it is not your original creation. Please note that the deadline for this project is 7 days. We require mockups within 3 days of the start of this project. Then there are 4 remaining days for revisions. We require a turnaround time of 1 day for every round of revisions. If we delay in providing revisions to you, or if we require more revisions than there is available time before the deadline, then we will extend the deadline as necessary. ## Deliverables 1) PSD/Illustrator file, eps and gif of the approved design. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PSD or Illustrator.
