bbq team

I am looking for a logo for my bbq team . I pretty much know what i want just need someone to create it for me. I also need it as soon as possible. The name of my team is "She's a smoker" so the logo i want is a girl looking over her shoulder with her knees bent a little bit and her butt poked out with smoke coming off her butt.
